The Dolakha District Police Office (DPO) seized seven cargo container vans, sealed by the Tatopani Custom Office, yesterday night, on suspicion of cheating revenue.

The vans bound for Kathmandu from Tatopani border were seized, said DSP Uttam Subedi at the Dolakha DPO.

The container vehicles were seized at Kharidhunga, Dolakha on the Lamosanghu-Jiri road section, Subedi said, adding that the vehicles were following an alternative route to reach the Capital, when they learnt that they were being followed by a patrolling revenue department team.
