KATHMANDU: Minister of State for General Administration Dharmanath Prasad Shah is leading a Nepali delegation to the 6th International Conference for New or Restored Democracies being held in Doha, Qatar, from October 29 to November 1. This is the sixth conference in a series held in Manila, Managua, Bucharest, Cotonou and Ulaanbaatar, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The motto of the Doha Conference is “Capacity building for democracy, peace and social advancement.”
