Six murder suspects remanded to custody in Taplejung

TAPLEJUNG: The Taplejung District Court has sent six people, including the main accused Sabin Limbu, involved in the killing of a forest guard, into custody till the conclusion of the case.

The six are accused of killing Ganesh Bahadur Shahi, a forest guard, from Jajarkot district in the western part of the country, at local Khokling a month back.

A bench of the District Court judge Ashok Kumar Basnet on Thursday handed down the order.

The others accused remanded to custody in this connection include Dawa Sherpa, Chet Bahadur Gurung, Sarkey Gurung alias Krishna, Nandaram Gurung and Bir Bahadur Gurung.
