KAPIVASTU: The inflow of patients of snakebite has increased at the Snakebite Treatment Centre in Gorusinghe of Buddhabhumi Municipality-2 in Kapilvastu district.

The centre has been run with the technical assistance of Nepal Army's Narayandal  Battalion and financial support from the Buddhabhumi Municipality.

As many as 400 snakebite patients were provided treatment from June 15 to August 30, according to the Secretary of the Centre Nabin Bhandari.

Over 10 snakebite victims visit the centre for the treatment, he added.
