RATNANAGAR: A son killed his father in Chitwan on Tuesday.

Bishwonath Mahato killed his father Jeevan Ram Mahato by attacking him with a sharp weapon at their house.

The Jeevan Ram was also the president of the Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha Area No 4 and a film artist as well.

Bishwonath had attacked his father all of a sudden for no apparent reason when he was sitting in the house.

Police have arrested Bishwonath and investigating into the case.
