Kathmandu, May 31:

The Special Court today summoned 55 members of the Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (Jwala Singh), including the group’s chief Nagendra Paswan in the state offence case filed against them.

A three-member bench of judges Bhoopdhoj Adhikary, Komal Nath Sharma and Cholendra SJB Rana issued the summon notices to them in response to the case filed by the Kathmandu District Attorney’s Office. The bench had yesterday freed Bishow Nath Pundit, alias Chattan Singh, who was produced in court in connection with the case.

The bench directed the defendants to appear in court within 15 days.
