KATHMANDU: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari on Saturday conferred Nepal Bidhya Bhusan on 368 students. The president also awarded Nepal Chhatra Bidhya Padak to 18 girl students.

Among the awardees, 233 Nepali students who completed PhD from various universities inside or outside the country were awarded ‘Ka’ grade Bidhya Bhusan.

The ‘Kha’ grade Bidhya Bhusan was conferred on 118 students who stood first or received distinction in various subjects in masters’ level.

Similarly, ‘Ga’ grade Bidhya Bhusan was awarded to 17 students who stood first or scored distinction marks in the bachelors level.
