TAPLEJUNG: The Panchthar–Taplejung road stretch along the Mechi Highway has been obstructed due to landslides triggered by the incessant torrential rainfall last night.

It has been learned that the landslides buried some road stretches in Lyangwa and Bahanande.

A landslide on September 2 in the same locality was cleared after seven days' work.
