BIRATNAGAR: The Morang police on Wednesday arrested three agitators trying to block the road in Biratnagar.

According to DSP Pramod Kharel, Morang chairperson of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Raj Kumar Yadav, Morang Chairperson of Tarai Madhes Democratic Party Mo.

Kadir and leader Kanhaiya Sah were arrested from Mahabir chowk. “As they were trying to organise a corner meeting and refused to move from there, we had no option but to arrest them,” said Kharel.

Meanwhile, cadres of the United Democratic Madhesi Front torched two motorbikes. The incident occurred at Jatuwa area.
