The gas industries acquiring the NS certification are Janaki Gas Industry-Nawalparasi, Metro Gas Industry-Dhading, and NL Gas Industry-Birgunj. The Bureau provided quality certificate to these gas industries after carrying out the monitoring of these industries.

With this, the number of gas industries with NS certification has reached seven. A total of 55 gas industries are in operation across the country.

Manoj Gas Industry-Birgunj, Shree Krishna Gas Industry-Dhading, Sai Baba Gas Industry-Dhading and Nepal Gas Industry-Balaju have already acquired the NS certification.

Director General of the Bureau, Bishwa Babu Pudasaini, said that the Bureau has asked for necessary documentation from all gas industries in order to provide the NS certification to them within two months.
