DHANGADHI: At least three persons were killed and five others injured when a bomb went off at Teghari of Malakheti VDC-8 of Kailali on Sunday. The victims have been identified as Chakra Bahadur BK (22), Kabita Bohara (12) and Manish Oli (9). BK and Bohara died on the spot. Oli succumbed to the shrapnel injuries while undergoing

treatment at Attariya-based hospital. Four critically injured were rushed to Nepalgunj for treatment. “A hand grenade thatexploded in the house of Harka Bahadur Mahat led to the mishap,” said Uttam Bahadur Singh, SP, Kailali.
