SOLUKHUMBU: At least three persons were killed  in a mini-truck  accident at Tingla-7  in Solukhumbu district on Monday night.

The two deceased have been identified as Bhim Bahadur Basnet and his nephew Chatra Bahadur Basnet of Mulki-1 of the district. However, the identity of the assistant driver is yet to be ascertained informed Bhesh Bahadur Thapa, District Traffic In-Charge.

According to the Chief of District Police Office, Madhav Budhathoki, the  ill-fated mini truck which was transporting materials to Mulki VDC from Kathmandu met with an accident killing three on the spot and injuring the driver.
