DHADING, JUNE 9
Three youths have gone missing after they were swept away by a river in Dhading district on Tuesday afternoon.
Police have identified the missing as Subhash Nepali (22), Dinesh Nepali (22) and Santosh Nepali (19), of Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality-2.
According to police, the incident occurred when the three were bathing in the Budhi Gandaki River after performing the last rites of their relative at the bank, informed Deputy Superintendent (DSP), Jageshwor Bhandari, at the District Police Office.
Immediately after the river swept away the trio, locals along with police had set out in their search till late night on Tuesday.
According to the police, they have resumed the search operation for the missing since early Wednesday morning.
