GORKHA: People in rural areas are in trouble after the Gorkha Transport Entrepreneur Committee halted services. Most of the roads that link the district headquarters to the villages are muddy. The committee has said that it halted services for an indefinite period in areas including Arughat, Ghyampesal, Phujel, Budkot, Namjung, Boralang, Kamuntar, Appipal, Bhalukhara, Mirkot, and Palungtar from Thursday. People in rural areas are forced to trudge long hours to reach the district headquarters now.
