ITAHARI: Two personnel of the Nepal Army of Eastern Division Headquarters, Itahari, have been found dead.

The locals had informed the authorities on Monday after seeing the bodies of two persons in the pond at the premises of Nepal Army Eastern Division Headquarters in Itahari.

The deceased have been identified as Dolakh Bahadur Chand and Bharat BK, both tentatively around 30 years of age. However, the Division Headquarters has not officially confirmed the cause and premise of their death.

The bodies have been brought to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) for post-mortem, the officials of BPKIHS confirmed.
