BIRGUNJ: Police on Monday arrested two persons along with brown sugar. Those arrested were Raj Kumar Dimdong, 21, of Bhainsepati village development committee-4 in Lalitpur and Mahendra Tamang Bamjan, 18, of Sorhakhutte in Kathmandu Municipality-16. Police inspector Mohan Pariyar said necessary investigation was underway.
