Two buses from Kathmandu to Pokhara in service targeting middle class tourists

KATHMANDU: Travel Nepal Bus Service Pvt Ltd is set to operate two buses focusing on the middle class tourists.

The company, which brought into operation four buses having ultramodern service and facilities last year, is running two additional buses from tomorrow.

Company Chairperson Prahlad Lohani shared that the bus service would be operated from Kathmandu to Pokhara focusing on middle class tourists.

"The tourist bus has been providing service to tourists everyday at 7:00 am from Kantipath. We have added the transport service keeping up with the need of middle-class tourists," he informed.

Currently there are seven buses in operation through Travel Nepal. The company is planning to extend services to Sauraha in Chitwan and Janakpur in Dhanusha in coming days, Lohani added.

The bus fare from Kathmandu to Pokhara with meal for each passenger is Rs 1,500, the company noted.
