DAMAULI: Two persons were injured in a motorcycle-microbus collision in Byas-1 of Tanahun district on Tuesday.

According to the District Police Office, Tanahun, the injured have been identified as bike rider Chandra Bahadur Dangi (25) and pillion rider Bikal Baruwal (28) of Jhapa.

The two-wheeler (Ba 49 Pa 6885) en route to Kathmandu from Pokhara collided head-on with the microbus (Ba 3 Kha 8094) today.

Both the injured are being treated at the Damauli Hospital.

Police have arrested the microbus driver for investigation.
