KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 29
Two minors were killed and 24 others injured when a passenger vehicle skidded off the Sandhikharka–Dhorpatan road at Tari of Sandhikharka in Arghakhanchi early this morning.
The victims, Aruna Thapa, 10, of Madane-6 and Narayan Paudel, 13, of Madane-7, Gulmi, died at the scene, said police.
According to the police, the vehicle (Lu 1 Ja 4724) was en route to Purkotdaha from Butwal.
Four of the injured are in critical condition, police informed.
Most are being treated at Arghakhanchi Hospital, with one patient referred to Butwal for advanced care.
