DHADING, NOVEMBER 3
Two persons were killed while seven others sustained injuries after the truck they were traveling on was overturned in Dhunibeshi Municipality-1 of Dhading district on Tuesday night.
The deceased has been identified as Sainli Tamang (52) and Rumal Tamang (55), informed Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Jageshwor Bhandari, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Dhading.
According to police, the incident occurred when the truck (Ba 4 Kha 5848), en route to Kakare from Kolpu lost control injuring nine.
Critically injured Sainli and Rumal were rushed to Kathmandu-based Manmohan Memorial Hospital where they succumbed to their injuries during the course of treatment, informed police.
Meanwhile, among the other injured, two are undergoing treatment at National Trauma Centre while five are receiving treatment at Manmohan hospital.
