NEPALGUNJ: Two persons were killed when a scooter met an accident in Nepalgunj of Banke district on Tuesday night.

The deceased were identified as Suman Neupane (22) of Nepalgunj-5 and Bidur Kant Khanal (22) of Jamuni Bardiya, according to the District Police Office Banke.

The rider of the two-wheeler (Bhe 5 Kha 7718) lost control all of a sudden and hit a utility pole.

Another man, Uttam Neupane (25) of Nepalgunj, was injured in the accident. He has been undergoing treatment at the Nepalgunj Teaching Hospital.
