PATHARI: Two persons were injured in a leopard attack in Pathari Sanischare of Morang district on Thursday.

The injured have been identified as Anil Dhimal (35) and Pawan Rishidev (22), both locals of the place.

Dhimal was attacked by the leopard while he was working in a nursery belonging to local Yogendra Thapa at around 5 pm.

Meanwhile, Rishidev, who had gone to see Dhimal ,was also attacked by the big cat, said Inspector Rajan Karki of the Pathari Area Police Office.

Both the injured are receiving treatment at a health facility in the place.
