Two teens hurt as bus rams motorcycle in Tanahun

DAMAULI: Two persons were critically injured after the motorcycle they were riding on was rammed by a bus in Byas Municipality–1o along the Prithvi Highway in Tanahun on Monday.

The injured have been identified as the motorcyclist Bishnu Sunar (19) and the pillion rider Sachin Sunar (18) of Byas Municiplaity–2 in the district.

The incident occurred after the VR motorcycle (Ga 10 Pa 8738) heading towards Dumre from Damauli collided head-on with the bus (Na 6 Pa 2550) en route to Pokhara from Kathmandu, at Musekhola yesterday, according to the District Police Office, Tanahun.

The motorcyclist Sunar's right leg part below the ankle was cut and fell down on the road in the accident, said police.
