The government has launched a vaccination campaign against typhoid in Dhankuta. At a press meet organised on Monday, Dhankuta District Health Office said that preparations to vaccinate 43,135 children against typhoid in the district were over
The vaccination campaign aims to save kids from typhoid and reduce the disease to zero. The campaign will last from April 8 to 12.
Children aged from 5 to 15 years will be vaccinated at their schools, while children up to 15 months will be vaccinated at their homes, said acting chief of Dhankuta District Health Office Pramod Dahal.
