BIRGUNJ: The agitating cadres of United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) had torched vehicle of Kantipur National Daily in Parwanipur Chok of Bara district on Sunday morning.

According to Ganesh Khadak, Senior Dispatch Officer of the Kantipur National Daily, the vehicle (Ba 13 cha 495)

that was returning from Birgunj after delivering the paper towards the Valley was torched at the area by UDMF cadres.

Khadka further said, earlier while moving towards the destination also they were obstructed on the way, however, they had been able to move ahead.

Local UDMF leaders on the other side said that they have arson the vehicle for ignoring their requests to write the true articles instead of fake.

The fire has completely damaged the vehicle.

Police are doing further investigation regarding the case.
