RAUTAHAT: Protesting cadres of the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) on Tuesday night torched two motorbikes in the district.

The two-wheelers (Na 14 Pa 5105 and another unidentified) were torched at local Jayanagar Chok while they were returning after refilling fuel from India, police said.

Riders of the both bike – Suresh Sah (28) and Ram Prabesh Sah (27) from Garuda-1 of the district – sustained injuries in the incident.

Both are undergoing treatment at the Garuda-based Health Line Hospital.

The District Police Office said police are looking for suspects.
