KATHMANDU: Top leaders of the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) are holding a meeting in Rajbiraj of Saptari to discuss about the UDMF's strategy and whether to sit for talks with the government and major political parties after the promulgation of new constitution.

The parties have been staging demonstrations in various districts of Tarai for the past one-and-a-half month protesting the number and boundaries of provinces in the constitution.
