UML lawmakers in signature campaign

KATHMANDU: Expressing discontent with what they called “excessive” budget allocation to the districts of some ministers, including Finance Minister Ram Sharan Mahat, dissident parliament members of CPN-UML have begun a signature campaign against the budget allocation. “We will first submit our signatures to our party chairman and then draw the attention of the government. We will not let Parliament pass the budget if this is not corrected,” said UML MP Yagya Raj Sunuwar.
