UML nat’l gathering

CHITWAN: The ruling CPN-UML is scheduled to hold its National Gathering in Sauraha of Chitwan from December 7-8 to prepare the party’s views on the ongoing Tarai crisis and contemporary political issues. Prime Minister UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the gathering. Organising a press meet in Bharatpur, UML Chitwan District Publicity Department on Saturday informed about the gathering. UML Chitwan in-charge and alternative central member Krishna Khanal said the party had called a meeting of party leaders from 22 Tarai districts to formulate the party’s policy on disputes over delineation of provincial boundaries. As many as 235 party leaders are expected to attend the gathering, JN Thapa said.
