UML's Rabindra Adhikari elected to parliament from Kaski

POKHARA: CPN-UML candidate Rabindra Adhikari has won parliamentary elections from Kaski Constituency No 2.

Representing the left alliance, Adhikari secured 27,207 votes to defeat Nepali Congress candidate Dev Raj Chalise, who got 18,661 votes.

In Kaski-2 (A) provincial assembly constituency, the UML's Krishna Thapa won securing 15,329 votes, while the NC's Bindu Kumar Thapa (9,126 votes) won the in Kaski-2 (B) provincial assembly seat.
