JHAPA: Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Ek Nath Dhakal has said that the country would not head towards prosperity until there is unity among political parties. Speaking at a function organised at Dangibari-8 of Jhapa on Friday, Minister Dhakal underscored the need for unity among parties and effective implementation of the constitution for development of the country. “The country has not been able to progress due to the lack of unity among parties,” said minister Dhakal. He also said that spiritual thought was necessary to spread peace and harmony in the society. Minister Dhakal expressed concern about the delay in reconstruction of cultural heritage sites damaged in the earthquakes last year.
