Unity stressed
CHITWAN: CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel on Friday said his party would not hinder national consensus.
Speaking to journalists in Bharatpur of Chitwan, Pokhrel said his party would not create any obstruction in the process of forging national consensus as unity among the parties was a must for proper implementation of the new constitution.
He said recontruction of infrastructures destroyed in the earthquakes were not possible without unity between parties.
He also appealed to the Nepali Congress not to step back and to help the government implement the new constitution.
On a different note, he said the government had already prepared working plan for distribution of relief to the quake victims and reconstruction of damaged infrastructures.
