KATHMANDU: The Nepal Petroleum Labourers Union closed petrol pumps in the Valley without prior information on Saturday. According to Nepal Petroleum Dealers’ Association, they had agreed to hold talks about the demands of the union on Sunday. “But the union — breaching the agreement reached between them on Thursday — closed the Valley petrol pumps without prior information,” stated the NPDA. Earlier, the union had agreed not to disrupt the supply of petroleum products and continue holding talks.
