Dipesh Pun, son of Vice-President Nanda Kishor Pun, who was severely injured in a road accident on December 10, Friday, is now recovering.

Pun was injured in a road accident while returning from a victory rally after the brakes of the jeep he was traveling in failed midway in Rolpa district.

He is currently under observation at the Grande International Hospital Intensive Care Unit and his recovery is positively progressing, neurosurgeon Dr. Rupendra Bahadur Adhikari, who is observing Pun's treatment, informed THT online. Dr. Adhikari said that Pun may well be discharged soon.
