Vote count results of 122 local levels made public
KATHMANDU: Of the 136 local levels, counting of votes of 122 local levels has been made public as of now.
According to the Joint Election Operation Centre at Election Commission, Nepali Congress has registered victory in 36 local levels followed by Federal Socialist Forum Nepal in 23, Rastriya Janata Party Nepal in 21, CPN Maoist Centre in 20 and CPN-UML in 16.
Likewise, the Forum Democratic has won in three local levels, followed by Nepali Janata Dal in two and Naya Shakti Nepal in one local unit.
With this, the results of 14 local levels are yet to be made public.
The local level elections was held on September 18 at 1,271 wards in eight districts of the Province 2.
