Warning to end truce

Dhangadhi, August 24 :

Accusing a “force” in the country of defaming parties and giving birth to anti-Maoist elements, Seti-Mahakali bureau in-charge of the Maoist, Lekhraj Bhatt ‘Rakesh’ warned today that the Maoists would call an end to the ceasefire from the Far-West if propaganda against the Maoists were not stopped.

Speaking at a press conference organised in the regional office of the Maoists in Attariya, Bhatt said attempts were being made to defame the Maoists. A group of Maoists had killed Bishal Gyawali, an activist of the Nepali Congress, some days ago. He said that rumours about the murderwere aimed at defaming the Maoists.
