The Meteorological Forecasting Division has shared that weather today will be partly to generally cloudy throughout the country.
It further said that this weather will develop into thunderstorm accompanied by gusty winds towards the afternoon or late afternoon today, which is likely to occur at a few places of the hilly region.
Similarly, it is also likely that a few places of the hilly region will receive light rain or thunder and lightning tonight.
According to the Division, this weather system is developing as an influence of local wind and the westerly wind.
The minimum temperature of Kathmandu valley today is 11.2 degrees Celsius while the maximum is 27.5 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, Jumla recorded the lowest temperature of 3.5 degrees Celsius and Dipayal recorded the highest temperature of 35 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours in the country.
