DHADING: Police have arrested a woman from Gajuri Rural Municipality-7 in Dhading in possession of a huge cache of hashish and cannabis powder.

According to officials, a team of police personnel acted on a tipoff and raided a house belonging to 45-year-old  Sukumaya Tamang in Petare in the district, and arrested her for stashing staggering 643 kg of hashish and marijuana powder.

Police personnel deployed by the Narcotics Control Bureau and Gajuri Area Police Office recovered 110 kg of hashish, 32 kg of hash powder, 499 kg of marijuana powder hidden at Tamang’s house and cowshed.
