The women office workers in the valley working under the Ministry of Land Reform and Management have complained that they are not getting opportunities to be promoted due to social, political, familial and practical reasons.

At an interaction programme on The problem and solutions of women workers of various offices in the valley under the Land Reform and Management Ministry, the women cworkers complained that there is partiality in promotion and placement and they have been facing many problems at their office as well as in their homes.
