Yagyas on cards in India for drawing tourists here
Kathmandu, October 19:
With the objectives of promoting religious tourism in Nepal by publicising its famous religious destinations and wishing for peace, a World Peace Muktinath 108 Birat Mahayagya 2062 will be performed in 32 places in India from November 8 to 14.
Mahayagya will be performed at the initiative of Akhandajyoti Baba Swami Kamalnayancharya.
Kamalnayancharya said the Mahayagya will be held in India with a view to popularising Hinduism’s holy shrines and sites in Nepal, including Pashupatinath and Tribenidham.
He hoped that the Mahayagya would help promote religious harmony among the members of the Omkar family. Crores of people from Nepal and India are expected to take part in the Mahayagya.
