BARA: A youth from Badaharwa in Rautahat district lost his life while another sustained serious injuries in a road accident at Kalaiya Submetropolitan in Manmat-Matiarwa road section today.

Sanjib Dhakal (31) died after the jeep (Ba 19 pa 3729) coming from the opposite direction hit Dhakal’s bike (Na 50 pa 1080) killing him on the spot. Meanwhile, pillion rider Ranjit Patel of Kalaiya sub-metropolitan 24 suffered leg- fractures and is undergoing treatment at Narayani Sub-Regional Hospital.

Following the incident, police officers impounded the jeep.
