JANAKPURDHAM: A youth died as two motorbikes collided head-on in Janakpur of Dhanusha district on Wednesday.

Barun Dev Sah (26) of Sapahi-1 of Dhanusha district died while his bike (Ja 4 Pa 2784) from Janakpur to Dhalkebar of the district was hit by another two-wheeler (Ja 7 Pa 3589), the District Police Office said.

SP Nakul Pokharel said Dipesh Mandal (25) and Shiv Bahadur Mandal (28) from Baghchauda-3 were injured in the accident and are undergoing treatment at the Janakpur Zonal Hospital.

Police suspected that high speed caused the fatal accident.
