KATHMANDU: Claiming to be different from the run-of-the-mill Nepali movies, Mero Euta Sathi Chha, which is going to hit the screens from August 28 aims to bring a difference in the way our movies are viewed.

At a press meet organised at Bakery Café, Sundhara by Eyecore Films, it was disclosed that the film, directed by debutant director Sudarshan Thapa and produced by Prabhu Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana, has a totally a new cast.

The movie’s website www.mescthefilm.com was also launched.

Aryan Sigdel, who plays the protagonist said, “This movie promises to fulfil the expectations of Nepali audience.” Namrata Shrestha, Jiwan Luitel and Zenisha Moktan are other actors in the movie.

Sugam Pokharel and Bipin Karmacharya have arranged the music, while Renesa Rai has done the choreography.

Director Thapa shared, “The movie is targeted not only at the younger generation, but people of all ages.” — HNS
