KATHMANDU: Some of the lawmakers of the Nepali Congress, a key ally to the government, Sunday have pushed the leadership for a change of guard in the government.

During today’s Parliamentary Party (PP) meet, they declared the incumbent UML-led government to be a failure.

The lawmakers argued that continuing to lend support to the government would take a toll on the party’s goodwill.

Several NC lawmakers also raised their concerns about the dismal performance of the Ministers representing the party in the current coalition government.
