PARVAT: Relatives of the March 7 bus accident victims called an indefinite strike over proper compensation to the deceased family along the Pokhara-Baglung road from Saturday.

The four who were killed in the accident were Surendra Hamal, Hari Shrestha, Ganesh Rijal and Keshav Rijal

Due to the bandh normal life in the district has been adversely affected. Markets, industries and educational institutions remained closed and transportation remains off the roads.

The adjoining districts Baglung, Myagdi and Mustang have also been affected due to the bandh.

The relatives of the deceased threatened to organise a severe strike if their demands are not met as soon as possible.
