BANEPA: A security guard of Nepal Telecom Pachkhal branch office was killed when he was run over by a passenger bus in Tinpiple, Kavre on Wednesday.

According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Bishnu Mijar, a resident of Chautara, Sindhupalchok. The police said Mijar was hit by the bus while he was trying to cross the road. Subsequently, local residents arrested the bus driver Narayan Khadka and handed him over to the police. The police started an investigation into the incident.
