Yadav accuses govt for spurt in crime
RAJBIRAJ: Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Upendra Yadav on Monday blamed the government for the rise in impunity in the country.
Talking to media persons at a press conference organised by the party in Rajbiraj, Yadav said, “The government is inciting and protecting the criminals instead of taking action against them.”
Yadav claimed that the government has failed to maintain law and order, giving rise to sporadic violation and incidents of impunity across the nation.
He said that the incumbent Madhav Kumar Nepal-led government is against national consensus to resolve the crisis in the nation.
“The top duties of the government are to draft the constitution and take the peace process to a logical conclusion but it is unable to accomplish the twin tasks in the stipulated deadline.”
Stating that the government is a total failure, the MJF chair demanded the early resignation of Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal.
