Depending on the age of your children, you can one by one introduce authority, mentorship, coaching, guidance, and the likes. Always be sure of your role as a parent. However, even after the establishment of your authority over your kids, some situations may require a lot from your parenting skills. Plus, you children’s need constantly change as well.
Parenting skills are innate. Some of them are instinctual, others can be learned. But what you need to remember is that it is a continued process of leaning. Parenting skills are developed. No one is born with the supremacy to raise children in the best way possible. You also have to put in mind that there is no such thing as the best parents, because in turn, there are also no best children in the world.
