Finding a moment to breathe: Exhausted security personnel after carrying bodies of Covid victims

KATHMANDU, MAY 16

As Nepal is grappling with the second wave of the pandemic, the country is witnessing overwhelming number of COVID-19 fatalities wherein just today 145 patients succumbed to the ailment.

Seen in these pictures are fatigued Nepali Army personnel finding some time in between to breathe, exhausted from carrying numerous bodies for cremation of COVID-19 victims to crematorium during the lockdown in Kathmandu.
