KATHMANDU, JULY 10

Heavy rainfall inundated Tenzing Chowk in Kapan, Kathmandu, on Wednesday, leaving vehicles to battle through floodwaters. The area sees perennial flooding each monsoon when runoff from Kapan Heights overwhelms the inadequate drainage system, snarlings traffic and inconveniencing commuters.
